Рассматривается исторический срез становления медицинского образования, формирование фундамента медицинского образования с точки зрения требований соответствующего времени. Отражены взгляды выдающихся ученых на исследование причин болезней, особенность образовательного процесса медицинского вуза, его цели и задачи. Целью высшего медицинского образования является формирование у будущих врачей клинического мышления и коммуникативной компетентности. Описаны составляющие компетентности, способы и методы ее формирования. Освещены вопросы, задаваемые студентами-медиками, что свидетельствует о поиске ответов. Рассматриваются элементы внедрения ИДЕАЛ-метода Тойча, согласно которому в основе болезни лежит ментальный компонент, разрушительная мыслительная деятельность пациента. Коммуникация врача и пациента осуществляется в функциональной единице. Рассмотрена важность контроля мыслительной деятельности врача, что в значительной степени снизит риск заболевания его самого и членов его семьи. Рассмотрена важность и возможность овладения духовно-ментальным методом исцеления. Представлено понимание нового термина «предэтиология».

The historical slice is considered as well as forming the foundation of medical education in terms of the need for appropriate time. The views of eminent scientists on the study of the causes of the disease are reflected as well as peculiarity of the educational process of medical school, goals and problems. The goal of higher medical education is to form clinical thinking and communicative competence. The components of competence, methods and techniques of its formation are described. Questions of medical students are covered, which demonstrates the search for answers. The elements of the introduction of the Teutsch IDEAL Method are considered. The heart of the disease is a destructive mental activity of the patient. Communication between the physician and the patient is carried out in a functional unit. The significance of monitoring the physician's mental activity is pointed out as substantially reducing the risk of illness for both the physician and his family members. The importance and possibility of mastering the spiritual and mental method of healing is considered. An understanding of the new term «pre-etiology» is given.
